Our people are committed to the Meridian team, our customers and future generations of New Zealanders.
We have high ambitions and talented people working together to reach them.

What's the best thing about your job?
I love challenges. It's not that there's a challenge of price that we come across when we talk to the customers, however living by the values of our company which is clean and green, we also have to overcome the challenge of price and manage that, and convince customers to come on board. - Asifa Chougle, Telesales manager

What's the best thing about your job?
I get to spend a lot of time outside, I get to meet some interesting people - anything from truck drivers to consultants to engineers, you name it and I have probably had a conversation with them. Just the fact I am not in the office too often, I don't really stare at a computer, I get my hands dirty. I look after some iconic assets and get to stare at Mt Cook every once in a while. - Joe Wheeler, Civil Engineer

Why would someone want to come and work at Meridian?
It's a great place to work, culturally the company is great, the people are great and for me it's a sense of satisfaction helping people on a daily basis. - Krina Patel, Corporate Account Manager

What's the best part of your job?
The challenge of each new subject, each new question, each new call has a complete story to come with it. - Trish Le Comte, Energy Advisor

What's the best part of working on Meridian's graduate programme?
Definitely the people and the assets, it's just awesome to be working on some serious infrastructure and some really hard case guys. Being in Twizel with a few other grads and summer students we have a good deal of fun. We have the water ski in the water in about 10 minutes from the office, it doesn't get any better than that. - John Evans, Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Why would someone want to come and work at Meridian?
The culture, and the people that work at Meridian, they are very passionate and enthusiastic, very diverse and inclusive and there's a great work / life balance. - Belinda Lally, Recruitment Manager
